Especially compact and light, the Antcom GNSS Reception Antenna is a circularly polarized antenna solution for tough applications. This tiny antenna provides coverage for the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) across multiple constellations and frequencies for extremely accurate location, navigation, and timing (PNT). Applications that require a precise, high-performance GNSS antenna but have stringent size, weight, and power consumption (SWaP) requirements are best suited for the 2G Mini GNSS antenna.
There are passive and active (amplified) variations of the 2G Mini GNSS antenna. For a long battery life and little fuel use, the active circuitry is built to support a wide range of input voltages. Dual-stage filtering is incorporated into the amplifier design for good performance even with close interference sources. The passive design eliminates the need to power the antenna, making it perfect for installations where the antenna is placed close to the receiver.
Rugged yet lightweight at only 3.2 oz (91 grams) for longer airborne time on station
Low power consumption with only 25 mA current draw and a wide input voltage compatibility range
Multi-frequency GNSS capable including GPS M- Code & P(Y) signals and Galileo with PRS for high accuracy positioning, navigation and timing
Easy installation via four (4) blind threaded holes into the antenna base
Single connector for antenna output and DC power input
