ACR rescueME PLB1 Personal Radio Beacon
Are you often in remote locations, on land or at sea, and worried about your safety? The ACR rescueME PLB1 Personal Radio Beacon is your solution. The rescue me PLB provides peace of mind that worldwide emergency services can be contacted at the touch of a button. It's compact, easy to use, and reliable even in the most severe scenarios.
With the rescueME PLB1, you're never alone. It's linked to the world's only official satellite network for specialist search and rescue (operated by Cospas Sarsat). This government-funded program ensures there are NO FEES to use it. When triggered, the rescueME PLB1 sends your location and ID to a Rescue Coordination Center via satellite. The nearest rescue services are contacted as quickly as possible of your situation, and they are kept up to date on your present location on a regular basis to aid in rapid rescue.
