Got connected months ago and have been enjoying the service. Service through Apollo has been top notch and I really love the portal that I get to check my usage in, it's very, very useful! Also thank you to Apollo's customer service staff, they helped school me on how to use my phone and operate everything on my own. As far as the actual phone calls go I've been very happy with it, I get a clear signal every time with crystal clear calls.

I'm really loving the free incoming calls and the US number is nice as well for the older people in my family trying to call my sat phone. You add anymore numbers to a regular phone number and my grandmother just loses it. The service is excellent, I always get a good signal and the call quality has been nice and clear as well.

I really like these plans. The free incoming calls I thought were unheard of with satellite phones but here they are! I also like that I get a US number, it makes everything that much easier for my friends and family to get ahold of me. The service is top notch as well. Prompt SIM card activation and delivery! I like the SIM card “wallet “ they ship it in.. gives me handy access to my plan info.
Additionally , I really like Apollo’s user portal. Well organized layout and a lot better than other dat companies I had plans with.

When I first contacted Apollo about obtain a subscription on my satellite phone, they sent me the wrong stem card. When I got back with them, they immediately sent me out the right stem card. After receiving it I still could not connect to the system. I call them back and fortunately I was able to work with Tim in the technical department. He guided me the updates I needed and stay on the line patiently assisting this old man until I had service. I would recommend Apollo to all my friends here in Alaska for excellent service.

I've been staring at this page for the last half hour and still can't believe it, I didn't think I would ever see free calls like that through a satellite network; especially Iridium's. Ridiculously good plans here and for the service it's really a no-brainer compared to the plans before. At least with how we use them where I work it is going to save so, so much money!

I didn't even have to read any further than that when I saw these plans were being rolled out I was like, "Just sign me up!!" The service has always been great and Apollo has always been a breeze to work with but I seriously never, ever, ever thought out of all the years I've been using a satellite phone that I would see free calls anywhere at all like this; very, very good deal!!
