Intellian has teamed up with Telenor to build a service that simplifies maritime communication. End users will be required to do little more than check the system is receiving power and is free of obstruction thanks to the combination of Intellian's sophisticated remote administration and control capability and Telenor's well-planned network architecture. If assistance is needed, Intellian's Aptus software allows shore-based personnel to remotely debug, diagnose, and upgrade terminals in the field without ever having to step aboard the ship. This capacity decreases downtime from days to minutes and saves money on service visits.

Optimized for Quick Installation: In today's maritime environment, the pace of operations necessitates a communications system that can keep up. The Intellian v100Ka installs fast and easily, with quick deploy packaging, pre-slung lifting straps, and Intellian's Aptus graphical user interface, with no detrimental influence on vessel operations. Pre-configured in 4 hours for connectivity: The average overall installation time for experienced partners is less than 4 hours per system. The iDirect Modem's Open-BMIP feature allows remote calibration of the BUC, allowing the NOC to effectively commission the system on the network once it is installed and started up.
